Terms and Conditions

  1. Both you and the referral must be employed with Cypress Five Starat time of payout.

  2. All bonuses are subject to normal tax withholdings.

  3. All referrals cannot have worked for Cypress Five Starwithin the past 1-year, if they have history with Cypress, theymust be able to be re-hiredusing the proper “Re-Hire process” (Approval from Operations and HR).

  4. Two strikes and you’reout policy, which means any recruit that does not make it 6 months in program is a strike against YOU. Once you have two strikes, you are no longer eligible for the program.

  5. You may not be eligible for the program if you are currently in the discipline process with Cypress Five Star.

  6. This program may be amended or discontinued at any time.
