Placing an Order

If the customer receipt printer stops printing or the receipts start to looks faded and hard to read, there are a few things you can try to resolve these issues:

  1. Printer Connections (Diagram 1)

- Each customer receipt printer plugs directly into the workstation. Make sure all connections are secure (see Diagram 1).

- As the printer begins to age they accumulate dirt and grease on the print head. This will cause the customer receipt to look faded and hard to read. You can attempt to clean the print head by following the directions in Video 1.
