How to Refund TIPS on MICROS

Follow below steps to refund tips on MICROS

Step 1 : Sign IN using Supervisor or Manager ID

Step 2 : Then Press Returns

Step 3 : Press Tender Screen

Step 4 : Press Service Charges

Step 5 : Press Non - Rvc Svc

Step 6 : Enter Tip Amount being Refunded and Press Enter

Step 7 : Select Other for Reason and Press OK

Step 8 : Once you see Refund amount Press PINPAD

Step 9 : Have the Customer Insert Card and Sign the Receipt

Step 10 : Once Approved Receipt Prints out follow below process

  • Have the Customer Sign Merchant Copy

  • Keep Merchant Copy as proof of Refund

  • Give Customer Copy to Customer
