R&M App: Vendor Sign In\Out

Once you have submitted your R&M ticket, you will receive an email back with your Purchase Order number. You will need this PO number to ensure you can check in your vendor in and out of the building.

How To Use Sign In\Out

  1. Use your in-store tablet, and open up your “Cypress Manager App”.

    1. The App is brand specific, for directions on how to load the app on your device please click here.

  2. Once in the App, please click on Vendor Time Clock button, see picture below.

  3. Once in the Vendor Time Clock screen, you will need to fill in the following fields.

    1. Company Name

    2. Employee Name (This is the name of the actual vendor doing the work in your restaurant)

      1. If more than one person, please just use the lead technicians name.

    3. Manager On Duty

    4. You will then need to pick the PO number off the drop down list.

      1. You can find the PO number from the email you receive back once the ticket is submitted

      2. Also the vendor should have the PO number on their work order as well.

    5. You should check the vendor in as soon as they walk in the door, you do have the ability to change the time if needed.

    6. Once work has been completed, you will need to go back into the App and clock the vendor out. You will see your active vendors clocked in at the bottom of the app screen.
